1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer, tablet or mobile device when you visit lumavery.site. We group cookies into three categories and ask for your consent accordingly.

Only Necessary cookies are placed automatically; Analytics and Marketing cookies are placed only once you have given affirmative consent, in line with the accountability and processing-limitation principles of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Required for the site's core functions, including the contact form and subscription flow.
Necessary cookies enable functions without which the site cannot properly operate, such as maintaining your session while you complete our online contact form, remembering your cookie-consent choices so we do not ask you again on every page, and protecting the site's booking-enquiry and subscription forms against spam and abuse. These cookies do not require consent because they are strictly necessary to provide services you have requested, and cannot be switched off through the consent banner.
5. Analytics cookies
Help us understand how visitors use the site, in aggregate.
Analytics cookies collect information about pages visited, time spent on the site, referring pages, and general navigation patterns. This helps us understand which parts of the Lumavery site — for example our rooms, dining and events pages — are of interest to visitors, and to improve content and layout. 6. Marketing cookies
