These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lumavery.site and any enquiry, reservation or booking made with Lumavery through the website, by telephone, or by email. By browsing the site, submitting the contact form, subscribing to our mailing list, or making a booking enquiry, you accept these Terms in full. We are a boutique hotel offering accommodation and related guest services.
Lumavery operates a boutique hotel offering overnight accommodation, guest amenities, and related hospitality services described from time to time on the website. Descriptions, photographs, room availability, rates and packages published on lumavery.site are provided for general guidance and are subject to change without notice. Final terms of any stay are those confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Enquiries, bookings and reservations
Bookings are confirmed only once we accept them and any required deposit is received.
The website enables you to enquire about availability and request a reservation. A booking is not binding on Lumavery until we have issued written confirmation and, where applicable, received the requisite deposit or payment in full. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion, including where information supplied is incomplete or inaccurate. Cancellation, amendment, deposit and no-show terms applicable to a confirmed booking will be communicated at the time of confirmation and form part of the contract for that stay.
5. Acceptable use of this website

We describe here, in practical terms, the two ways the site collects your information.
The website offers a contact form through which you may submit enquiries, including your name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message, which is routed to Lumavery for the purpose of responding to your query or booking request. Separately, the website offers an email subscription facility through which you may provide your email address to receive news, offers and updates from Lumavery. Submission of either form is voluntary and constitutes your instruction to us to process the information supplied for the stated purpose. Full detail on the legal basis, retention and your rights in respect of this processing is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us when you submit either form.
